UMass Amherst does soil tests starting at $8, which includes heavy metals. Check out the link below. You can also contact the lab directly- someone usually answers the phone during the day and they're rather fast with email responses (within 2 days). Included with the results of the test is an info sheet on lead so they might be a resource for what you're seeking.
