I am passing on a few links with the hope that they will be of use to you.  The Ozark cooperative is in Fayetteville.  Nice folks.  The Oklahoma Food Guide is maintained by Robert
Waldrop, also known as Elderberry Bobbie, who is a self proclaimed Urban Hobbit and has any # of co-op purchases going all the time.  He gets some press occasionally and is a joy to know.
