david, the plumerias are starting to bloom. at least the yellow ones are. one at a neighbor's house has a few flowers open and a very large one about a mile from here is loaded with flower buds.
the red ones, however, are barely putting out leaves. they're always at least a couple of months behind the yellow ones. and so,it seems, is my pink one.
