The last rain we had on Wed-Thurs didn't amount to anything.  Next rain
forecast is:
Mon - 30% chance of isolated thunderstorms
Tues - 30% chance of a few showers
then sunny again til the next Mon.
That's just not enough.  It's spring after all.
