Re: Beaufort update
Dear Andrea-
A couple years ago I injured my back (lifting up a terracotta chiminea
that was broken and twisting to throw it into the trash. Well, it
probably weighed as much as me and half drug me over the trash also once
I got it past midpoint). I ended up with horrible headaches and finally
flat on the floor for 2 weeks (can you even imagine me sitting still for
2 hours??). I tell you this story for one reason- the purpose of the
pain killer/muscle relaxant drugs they give you is to make you lie
there. They don't really make your back better- but it is much easier
to lie still on the floor when you are oblivious to the passage of
time. Hope you heal soon!
