Re: rain? NOW Yardmen

You all have to understand that living in the rural south it is not hard to find an out of work somebody to work in one's yard. The young man I had at first decided he liked methamphetamine more than he liked working, and the most recent one has actually found a full-time job that pays well. He is available now to help me sometimes on the weekends. It's not at all that I've had the benefit of having a trained gardener at my beck and call. I wish. <SIGH>

Oh, I wish! There was barely a mist this morning. It's overcast, but no
rain.

You should be getting some. I flew home from Boston yesterday morning
and the cloud cover began halfway thru the flight. Light rain in St.
Louis as we started to drive to Quincy, rain on and off the rest of
Monday and then rain all night to the tune of an inch and a quarter.
