When I first moved into this house I co-owned it with three other guys
(get equity while in college instead of paying rent).  I ended up buying
them out and staying here.

Anyhow, we were all college students and didn't have much time for yard 
work, so we hired someone to do the mowing.  The guy's first time out
he mowed down a 20'x20' patch of Virginia bluebells in full bloom, claiming
that he thought they were weeds.  They never did grow back.
