Donna, I just got another 8 of those in for our cottage garden. Green
Velvet is pretty durable. Istays relatively small; mine is about 40 inches
high now, but I suppose you could prune to keep smaller. This is, I believe
a type that requires no pruning, but for your railroad, I can see why you
might.
