It's not in table form, but when I sent it to myself it got messed up. I'm
sending plain text format.

Chris,
Is the list in table form or did you just hit enter for a new line for each
item?
If it is in table form it can sometimes get messed up when reformatted to
plain text.  If you've simply given each item a new line, you shouldn't have
any problem.
