All OK here in Grass Valley, some mudslides including one threatening a local water treatment plant, but not much actual flooding . Of course, if my hill floods we are in Real Trouble!
Drove by the Feather River in Marysville yesterday, and lots of the low places are flooded maybe 1-2' deep. This was all park area so no buildings threatened. Major flooding and levee worries are south of Sacramento on the San Joaquin.
Absolutely gorgeous day yesterday, n ow clouding up and heavy rain (and still snow in the high Sierra) expected Sunday --
We have had 40 rain days since March 1 !!!!!!

I saw Melody's note about the tornado, pretty scary.
How about you Northern Californians, I hope no one is swimming? It's pretty
nice here in SoCal at the moment, although cloudy it is warm and not windy;
yesterday was just perfect.
