It's a pretty popular banana here. Used a bit in landscapes because it doesn't get too tall, maybe 10-12 feet. It's not terribly cold-hardy, however; occasionally lost [to ground level] in zone 9 winters but usually comes back. Likes lots of water and lots of sun.
