No, this was an order placed early March with a requested ship date of April
10, 06.  I had the secretary research the check and she found that it had
been written March 1 and had cleared the bank on March 9.

My correspondence was with Tom Esquibel, the Lead CSR.  His reply was simply

"> Our records do not show an order pending for you.[as of 4/16/06]"   I 
sent him the check details tonight along with a scan of the order and am
hopeful he'll come to his senses.
