Glad to hear it. I thought about you last night, Chris.
Auralie it's too bad you have basement water again, that has to be
frustrating. We've had little leaks, none for a few years now. We've
gradually moved the main floor out with remodeling & the worst leaky spots
are now protected from runoff & sprinklers by the add-ons.
Hope everyone continues to do OK. Lows in the high 30s, frost on the car
this am again, highs in the 50s, could be worse. Candytuft in bloom, big
buds on the clematis & tree peonies.

damage! The water came up on the beach, but stopped before the gardens
