It appeared to be a metal wreath that I have seen at craft supplies stores such as michaels.
They start at the top and ran a piece of soaker hose around the inside
framework and covered it with moss, so both ends of the hose where on
the top and they were filling it till the water came out the other end.
Although I didn't tear it apart <lol>... must have a layer of soil and
then more moss to cover the entire metal wreath framework. They planted
with all types such as varigated jacob ladder, some cherry bells (?
might not be right name- annual with bell shaped brightly colored
flowers) daisy type flower and other small flowering annuals.. Nice
mixture anyways....
Of course, Vera says I should do herbs.... maybe.
Although I am wondering what it looks like mid to late season.... wonder if the plants overtake it to the extreme of looking tacky.
