how did they get away with that? You can't do that! Well at least here
in IL, they would have had a discrimination suit in a heartbeat....

Not just local re Circuit City. THey did that nationally. Fired all their
regular help and hired new kids for less. Told the experienced help that
they could reapply for their old jobs after a month. Affected thousands I
believe. I wouldn't shop there if my life depended on it.
