LOL! That made me crack up-as did the suggestion of "Bob"
Not to be too picky, but I think I'd go with Turkish Cabbage instead. Turkey makes me think of the bird.

Rhizomatous perennial found in moist woods in Turkey. Large glossy round leaves and white cress-like flowers in spring. Semi-evergreen. Best in part shade and fertile, moist, leafy soil. Ht: 8-16 inches, Spread: 24-36 inches Zones 5-9
Leaves are edible.  No known medicinal uses.
