Re: GOOD NEWS!

The son of a lady I have help me with my mother is over there now....
When he re-enlisted for the 3rd time I asked him why. He claims when on
leave he looked at what jobs where available and where his life would
head if he quit after his current term. He is right, not much out there
to offer a great living (and he is well educated). The incentives they
offer and leaving the 'other guys' there without him made his decision.
He also claims you get used to the risk facture and pointed out how I
could die in a car wreck on the way to work, get shot in a holdup or
just walking down the street (and lately there have been a lot of
them),... etc..... the kid had a point, but somehow I feel safer here
then there....

to do, so I support him. He'll be moving to Quantico in Virginia and
training recruits before they go to Iraq. So, hopefully he'll remain
