HI, this is where I have our hay man order mine from:
http://www.countrysidenatural.com/soil.htm

KELP MEAL (Thorvin brand), Certified organic plant food. Thorvin kelp
remineralizes soil, stimulates earthworm activity, and increases soil
microbial action to produce stronger roots and healthier plants. Healthier
plants tend to be more insect, disease, and drought resistant and provide
more nutrient value for you and your animals.

It is a dry powder - but not super fine. I simply mix it into the top inch
or so of the soil. If I have a pest problem I put de on top of the soil. So far, so good. My plants - including the ones in the greenhouse - are looking
much better. Some of my plants that had yellowing on the leaves have began
improving. I have tried all sorts of stuff in the past to correct this.
