Donna thank you for the email.  I searched and searched for an old email thread but I recently cleaned out my email and must have inadvertently deleted it.  

Pam was the kindest and most generous of souls and I will miss her deeply.

Thank you Donna for the news.  I never met Pam face to face, that was on my bucket list.  I'm so very sorry she passed, hopefully to a better place.
