Lavenders aren't perennials - they're shrubs. But who cares? We can talk
about everything here!
I haven't grown lavender for years. All I know is that you cut them back in
spring after they've had time to start new growth. As to cutting back for a
2nd flowering now, I wouldn't think so but it couldn't hurt to try. Being a
shrub, I wouldn't cut back more than 1/3.
