Tell me about it. A hundred and (bleeping) nine here today - broke a
record and will likely break my budget w/ the water bill. Wilted plants
everywhere today. Been watering since 4 and will be until dark - again.
And that stinking rabbit ate my perennial geranium I grew from seed and
was just getting big enough to bloom! Monster. Got most of my colchiums
planted (thank you Kitty) got 5 left to plant tomorrow. Murder out there
digging today. Ugh. Fran - the swallowtail caterpillars will find your
fennel. Grew parsley 2 years before they found it and now they come back
every year. Get some parsley plants and stick them in pots. Combo is
irresistable to them!!
keep me posted!
:-D
