It says time-release water for all container gardening.
It looks like a gel in a clear plastic tube. Supposedly you can put it
into a
container for slow-release of moisture.

A few years ago, I tested a product like the one mentioned above for
National Home gardening Club. The tube it came with took up half the
pot and only the soil very close to the gel stayed moist. There's got
to be a better way!!
