Re: How Gardens Improve Your Mental Health


There was a study done a few years back (U of AR I think) that said
weight lifting and gardening were the two best forms of exercise for
maintaining good bone density in middle aged folks and beyond. I thought
that was interesting also. Will have to check this article you
mentioned.
