Here's a link to a picture of the one I had in California; This one is Epiphyllum oxypetalum. It is strikingly different from Hylocereus undatus, although the flowers look and smell a lot alike.

There are a bunch of plants with the popular name "night-blooming cereus", Jesse. Many of them are hybrids and take varying times to first bloom. Among the cactus cuttings I recently got from California is Hylocereus undatus [called "night blooming cereus"] but it is nothing like the night blooming cereus I had when I lived in California, which I'm reasonably certain was a hybrid. I can't make out the leaf structure of Theresa's lovely flower well enough to decide if it's like my new ones or my old one.
