I just heard from my sister who lives in a southern suburb
of Sarasota, which is between Tampa & Venice. She said they
too 'dodged the bullet'; got little rain but some wind. She says the
worst of the storm is now to the northeast of Tampa.
IJ may have gotten a little more than a little rain and wind, but
it looks promising for him also.
