Got this in another email, thought some of you might find this of
interest....
Giftware and collectible company Department 56 has reached an agreement to
acquire Lenox from Brown-Forman Corp. for $190 million in cash. Lenox products
include tabletop, collectible and gift items such as fine china, crystal,
silver and flatware. Department 56 expects to retain the current Lenox
management team and operate the business as a separate unit.
