Cathy, I guess that depends on where in Texas.  Here on the Gulf  Coast, our 
temps have pretty much been okay.  Haven't hit the triple digits  yet, avg. is 
in the low 90's.....not necessarily cool, but definitely not as hot  as some 
northern regions have been this year.
