I bet they do, Holli. It's not that unusual. Become a regular at a higher
end nursery, and you'll see. They have a lot of that type of thing
here.....lilypons used to have Mid Summer Nights Dream.....semi-formal event with live
chamber music, waiters bringing around free champagne, buffet food. All to
view the night blooming waterlilies in their splendor.
Lilypons has since closed their facility here in Texas though.....put out of
business by lower end water garden places. Too bad, I enjoyed those
events and others they had throughout the year. The cheaper places don't generate
the profit to afford lavish evening events. Other nurseries that are not
discount, but regular nurseries have events too, just not quite as fancy.
