I have to say that I feel so much more at peace when I'm working with plants. There's no stress, no ache in my wrist, no canned air-conditioned air... I'm just at one with nature with time to myself. I can pot and take cuttings and sow seeds while reflecting on things. I don't get that opportunity at my day job.
