I don't usually get up that early, but there have been
times............those nights when you just can't settle down. Rather than
toss and turn I get up and do something or watch TV til I fall asleep. I do
like that time of the morning. Everything is so quiet and still. Of course
then I find it almost impossible to get out of bed when it's really time
to.
On the other hand, there are nights I end up asleep at 10:00 pm and it's
STILL not enough sleep. I've never been what I would call a late sleeper,
always up by 6 or 7, but sometimes an afternoon nap is called for.
I've heard the older you get the less sleep you need, I don't find that to
be the case...........with me at least.
