Re: Starting a nursery/liability


Yep-  some of you may recall the insane woman who ran through traffic 
and into the side of my moving car last fall (she was on foot).  Well, 
the auto insurance company actually did their job and refused to settle 
or to pay her one dime from the lawsuit she filed.  People do try to sue 
for the craziest stuff.  Question-  can't you get liability insurance 
for a business to protect your assets?
