Bananas and gingers and oh my! Of course when I said we could plant them I wasn't really thinking of zone 4 folks. I think I would be happy with zone 7 in Zem's country. But we'll see.

Yeppers! Got them repotted... Fingers crossed they seem to be doing better! :) Your the best!! Thank you! Holli Ok what other tropicals!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In a message dated 8/16/2005 9:57:22 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, dfranzma @pacbell.net writes: Hey Holli, I told you on the phone about Musa basjoo. Hardy to 10 or 20 below freezing. There seems to be a difference of opinion on that. The fruit is not edible and the bananas are about the size of my ring finger. But the pod and subsequent hanging fruit is very cool. Ok, that's just a start. Did you get those hibs repotted?
