Re: Starting a nursery

Hardy tropicals?
Isn't that something of an oxymoron?

Chris, since becoming a nursery dude I have found that I have my hands in
soil 10% of the time. The rest of the time I am fixing water issues,
electrical issues, learning to be an insect expert, fungal expert,
advertizing executive, marketing manager financial wizard, carpenter and if
your greenhouses are driven by computers, as mine are, a programmer as well
which I guess would come easy for you.

Heretofore I was not a handy guy. However, now...I'm still not handy but I
have to muddle my way through. Fascinating job it really is.

By the way, this year I'll be adding several different types of tropicals.
Hardy ones that can actually be planted. Yippee.
