I did a search.  It looks like it will be.  It's PPAF
Gene mentioned someone doing TC on it, but mine from GMT were from cuttings.

Kitty, I have no idea.   The plants we would really like to take cuttings of 
are the annuals such coleus, 
verbenas, lantanas, nemesias, etc.   These all root so easy.   Some are 
patented, others not.   It is not worth the risk.   One time we did have cuttings 
from a couple of plants that were patented and the plant police came. Nobody 
but the owner knew.   Fortunately they only ask questions & did not go in the 
backup GHs.   Since then, we make such we have no patented cuttings.   They can 
shut you down.
