I never thought about tuberoses being tropical. Mine come back and bloom every year.

Well, I've got a really nice Curcuma growing in a pot. I already moved it up a size, wonder if I'll have to do it again. My tuberose is also in a pot - just beginning to open now. Other tropicals I do plant in the ground, like the Cordyline, Bulbine, Osteospurmum; then dig them up in fall to bring in. I'm really not fond of containers.
