When I lived in Connecticut I nearly died from the cold. I only turned off my electric blanket during August. I lived on the coast so it wasn't like I was in the coldest part. Prior to living up north I had spent my entire growing up life here in the Midsouth zone 7. Good luck, Andrea.

Yep...Whoo Hoo covers it pretty well.  That cleaning had to be a bear.
 Amazing how much we can accumulate and stuff away.  So glad I am not
