Right Chris. He of course wasn't advocating murder...no, no, no! He only meant kidnapping! Of course a little kidnapping between heads of state. Like a frat prank. "Alright Venezuelan citizens, we have the duly elected head of your country and we won't be giving him back until he makes Venezuela safe for American multi-nationals."

It's amazing how we profess the merits of Democracy for everybody until somebody actually practices it and the results go against our economic principles.
