Well now....roll out the fall carpet of leaves...Here she comes!!! 
Hope all works out and you can make it before the winter sets in!  
Hmm, Donna - maybe we can have one of those good old blizzards
like...76?  10 foot drifts!!!  Just to break her in.  But than again
it would be warmer than some of the past winters in order to snow?
I am sure Mother nature will come up with some surprises!
