Jim, I also found a Canadian refutation of "feels like" calculations, if
you'd like to get into it further. It has some merit, but I believe that
even though one individual feels things differently from another, there is
value in knowing an approximation of a norm of individuals in order to plan
one's activities for either terrific cold or extreme heat situations. Of
course, that is just my opinion.
