There is supposed to be a Mission Tortilla "Carb Balance" that tastes like a
real flour tortilla. I haven't looked for them myself so don't know if they
are easy to find or not.

Try whole wheat. DH could not give up tortillas either, when he was
diagnosed w/ diabetes last year, but was told he could eat the whole wheat
type.
I personally don't care for the corn, too heavy, too greasy when heated.
I
like the fat-free flour or the wheat though. Many different varieties out
there now available.....to fit in anyone's diet requirements.

But no more flour tortillas? In the land of Tex-Mex? Oh dear.
