Wilt as in leaves curling up and drooping.... tonight they are brown and
dead! I think I am going to dig it up over the weekend and see what
happened. I agree, since the leaves don't have any bug type holes or
anything... it has to be a root problem. It also happened way to
fast.....It went from happy and healthy (looking anyways) to dead in
less than a week!
Maybe it couldn't take the heat here... but I did water it as I felt it
was too new of a plant yet. It is in a good drainage area, so.....
Big bummer, I also loved this plant.

Wilt, as in limp, drooping leaves? I had one that last year put out
leaves smaller and sparser than usual, and I was sure it was in
decline, but this year has normal leaves and growth again. Perhaps
there may be some hope. Your issue seems definitely a root problem,
and you may not know until you do a post mortem. I love that plant
and hope yours survives.
