Subject: [CHAT] Daylily photos and Cats
Dear all,
I've finished putting photos in the "late blooming daylilies" album. I have
a few others blooming, but I just want to send the photos out before winter
arrives! http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/chrispnpt/my_photos
Jaron is moving into a house in New Paltz with friends and is staying with
those friends in their apartment until September 1st. He had to vacate his
apartment by last weekend. He showed up yesterday here at the house as his
employer from science camp begged him to work for a few days! Anyway, we
spent last night in the wee hours talking about Little One's latest escape!
He jumped off the second floor porch onto the STREET. He did want to get
back inside however. Then later that night Jaron woke up with the odd
feeling that something was not right (Remember that Madeline story from your
childhood?). Well, he found a window open in his friend's apartment and no
cat! He spent half the night wandering the streets looking for the cat.
Finally, when dawn was breaking he came home and tried to catch a nap as he
needed to be up shortly. He was just sick about it! End of story is that
they found the cat squished behind the sofa! The poor thing has to move
again in a week and a half! The new house is out in the country with no
neighbors that you can see (no cell phone reception either). The house has a
cat door down to an old musty basement. Little One should love it!
