Quilting and sewing are separate departments.
I do cross stitch, simple embroidery (satin stitch, outline, etc.), knit, crochet, tatting, simple sewing.
The fires are many miles away, not a threat, except to Ed's asthma if trees are burning. Grass fires don't bother him.

Judy, not quilting but applique? Does this mean applique that is not quilted? What kind of needlework do you do? Are the fires more of a threat to you now? Ceres
