For those who wish to contribute to the national collection of
precipation data (

the following states are being added this year:


Iowa - August 1
New York - September 1
North Carolina - September 1
Florida - October 1

Other states to be added this year include Alabama, Oregon, and Kentucky.  It's a great project with interesting information.
