Ya know what Gene...when I had surgery last winter...I learned to NEVER
TRY TO KNIT SOMETHING while on pain killers. Comes out looking
really.....wrong.

Tuesday afternoon. Since then I have done nothing by sleep... both day and 
nite. No urge to do anything else... and I am not. No book read... tried to 
open Children of the Hurin, but could not get started, so went back to 
sleep. Stitches come out on Tuesday next. Will still be on restrictions of 
no long standing or weight lifting for 3 or 4 more weeks. Probably write the 
08 catalog as it is due to be started.
Congrats on the nod to your gardening If I were in any kind of condition 
to do it I would genuflect....
