That's great, Kathy. No, no Scandinavian genes here that I know of [I get frostbite just thinking about winter]. But I love the preserves-- and this seems to be a place where they'll flourish, so I figured I'd try. These are of a new variety--"Koralle"--that is touted to produce two crops a year.
