So it's a good position to be in, but also stressful. Take a pay cut to do what I love, or stay with my boss who has treated me phenomenally and be able to work from home for more money? Thoughts, advice?????? Of course, I haven't been offered the job at Valley Crest yet so I should just chill and see what both offers are right?
