Hmmm.....to each their own, more power to you Pam.....but what is wrong with
a little bit of what you said?? My mom, not going to give her age...but
suffice it to say she would definitely be the oldest member of this group by
a few years.........she doesn't believe in cosmetic surgery, would not even
consider a face lift....but she still washes the gray out of her hair, still
goes with the fashions (not fads), exercises by swimming and dancing,
maintains her continual size 8. She doesn't look, act, or feel her real
age... is enjoying life to it's fullest by keeping busy volunteering,
gardening, socializing, etc. My mom has never been vain, nor is she the
type that has tried to hide the fact that she is aging. She's just always had
a certain style and maintains that into her golden years. I for one, see
nothing wrong with that either.
