Chicago style pizza is built like a fruit pie - there is a double crust and
all the goodies are on the inside and all the sauce is on the top.  It is
the TOTAL cheese experience.  And they do deep dish really well.  Crunch,
chewy crust, great sauce.. Ok, now I want one!!
