Zone 8A here in Kemp. Rosemary is awesome - too bad it's not hardy in most of the country. I send bundles to all my Northern friends in the winter.
My Powis Castle artemisia doesn't seem to mind clay a bit. Ditto lemon & lime balm and mints.
